IOWA’S INTERNATIONAL PARTNER STATES PROGRAM
An official Stavropol delegation led by Deputy Governor Servey Kobylkin visited Iowa in November for discussions on municipal development and trade. Meetings included conversations with Governor Branstad and Lt. Governor Reynolds.

President Dmitry Medvedev appointed State Duma Deputy Valery Zerenkov to serve as Governor of Stavropol Krai. Governor Zerenkov was appointed following the resignation of Governor Valery Gayevsky.
