Citizen Diplomacy Summit 2005: Future Solutions Now! On September 24, Iowa Sister States is hosted a statewide summit on citizen diplomacy at the Iowa Events Center, Hy-Vee Hall in Des Moines , IA. Many Iowans and non-Iowans attended the event and particularly enjoyed the speakers and the opportunity to converse and network during breakout sessions. A report of all the Summit findings shall be potsed here soon and will be sent to Washington D.C. for the National Summit on Citizen Diplomacy to be held next year.
