Chefs from Yucatan
The Yucatan committee is working on a project to bring 2 chefs from Yucatan in May, 2009. The chefs will give classes, and present a dinner at Iowa State University.
Grant Proposal
The Yucatan committee is working on a grant proposal with the Iowa Department of Natural Resources to work in Yucatan and build an anaerobic digester.
